Improve Customer Experience Through Web Accessibility and Inclusion
August 03, 2021
Customer experience on digital platforms has become an accelerated priority for many organizations over the past year. However, less than 2% of websites worldwide are accessible to people with disabilities and 20% of people with disabilities struggle to access a website. At AIR MILES, we believe in the importance of championing web accessibility and inclusion, and embedding this into our strategy and processes to drive greater value to our Collectors and improve our digital presence.
Helen Schroeder, Manager of UX Design and Accessibility at AIR MILES, joins Quantum Mob and Siteimprove to discuss the AIR MILES philosophy and approach towards accessibility, how to make the case for inclusive design, and what's next for our organization.
