AIR MILES Employee Resource Groups

We believe AIR MILES is for everyone. We’re committed to embedding inclusion in the way we work and the services we offer. Our Employee Resource Groups help us build and maintain a culture of belonging that enables us to perform and innovate while celebrating our differences.

Meet the AIR MILES Employee Resource Groups, below: 


BAMAA (Black AIR MILES Associate Alliance): 

BAMAA aims to be a collective resource for AIR MILES associates to proactively empower, support, advocate, build community and share learnings on topics of race and cultural biases. They do this by hosting events throughout the year that focus on creating a safe space, sharing positive images and stories, and celebrating the diverse Black culture at AIR MILES and around the world.


Pride at LoyaltyOne/AIR MILES (PAL):

PAL is focused on promoting diversity through a safe and inclusive work environment for all associates, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.


Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI): 

The Women’s Leadership Initiative is a grassroots initiative at AIR MILES. Their mission is to champion the growth and empowerment of women at AIR MILES.


The Sustainables:

The Sustainables is a group dedicated to empowering associates to make a difference in their own lives through the environment and climate change action.
