Our full-service offering gives partners access to plug-and-play loyalty solutions supported by industry experts across data, analytics, marketing and customer experience. 

The AIR MILES Issuance Engine integrates with our partners’ POS system, enabling real-time issuance and redemption. We provide diverse redemption offerings of highly relevant and motivating rewards across AIR MILES Cash, Travel, Merchandise and Entertainment. AIR MILES is also supported with a bilingual Customer Service team via telephone, online chat and social media.

Loyalty consulting and optimization

 

Coalition partners have a dedicated Account Services team, acting as an extension of their internal teams, to optimize loyalty performance with reporting and analytics solutions to understand and maximize program performance and results.

AIR MILES coalition partners have access to a wide breadth and scale of customer insights, providing an unmatched understanding of consumer behaviour, media response, and trends. As well, coalition partners have multiple offer-construct opportunities within the Program to efficiently and effectively motivate desired actions from collectors:

 

Base offers: Promote repeat engagement and share of wallet.

Bonus offers: Promote increased spend, frequency of visits and category expansion through mass, targeted and 1:1 promotional activity.
