Senior Vice President, Collector Experience & Marketing
As head of Marketing, Rewards and Customer Care, Rachel oversees the teams that design and deliver the end-to-end collector experience for our 11 MM collectors. This includes creating desire for the Brand and currency through Marketing efforts such as Brand campaigns, social and traditional media, promotions, direct-to collector engagement, and in-store POP; Rewards and benefit offers like travel, merchandise, AIR MILES Cash, and events; as well as through the services provided to Collectors online, on the phone, and via social community management.
Since joining the AIR MILES Reward Program in 2004, Rachel has assumed several roles integral to the organization’s brand development including leadership positions within Corporate Marketing and Communications, and the Knowledge Office.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
