For this 2016 report, COLLOQUY conducted extensive research to uncover consumer attitudes about travel, identify emerging trends, benchmark how loyalty programs and marketing factor in, and gain insight into what drives travel behavior throughout the entire journey — from finding inspiration and researching a trip to sharing favorite stories on social sites after a vacation.
