Think the sun rises and sets in North America? Think again. There are groundbreaking loyalty innovations taking place around the world. In this special report, COLLOQUY takes an in-depth look at the lightning-quick changes happening in Asia and Australia that could transform customer management — from consumer attitudes, payments, fintech, data, shopping, regulatory pressures, social conditions, technology and more.

Leaders in loyalty, customer experience and technology weigh in with insights from India, China, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong. And Caroline Papadatos, Senior Vice President of LoyaltyOne Global Solutions, offers her perspective gleaned from years spent traveling the globe — LoyaltyOne operates in more than 50 countries — and learning about loyalty through the lens of local practitioners and retailers. COLLOQUY’s “Asia Pacific Report: Disruption at Lightning Speed” explores what loyalty operators around the globe can learn from this region exploding with change. And it asks the essential question: Is your company keeping up?
