President, AIR MILES Reward Program

As President and CEO, Blair oversees the entire operations and strategy for the AIR MILES Reward Program, Canada’s most recognized loyalty program. Drawing on his significant years of retail experience, Blair and his team work with coalition partners to help bring brands closer to their customers. By turning customer insights into actionable marketing, merchandising and development initiatives, Blair drives profitable growth and sustainable business results for his partners. Blair also focuses on the Program’s nearly 11 million collectors, with a promise of rewarding Canadians everyday through a broad assortment of rewards such as travel, merchandise, special events and AIR MILES Cash.

Prior to joining the AIR MILES organization, Blair was responsible for marketing and advertising at Mark’s, Canada’s largest specialty apparel retailer. Blair has previously held a range of positions in marketing, merchandising, research and store development with leading grocery chains Sobeys and Safeway.


Blair holds a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary.
