Bistro 438
A full-service kitchen and eat-in dining area, Bistro 438 is located on the second floor of our flagship location at 438 University Avenue in downtown Toronto. In partnership with Eurest (a division of Compass Group), the bistro offers a wide variety of fresh meals, prepared for your convenience daily. Selections include hot and cold entrees, induction cuisine, deli and on-the-go meals, plus healthy balanced eating and vegetarian choices.
The Sweatshop
Welcome to The Sweatshop — our very own 3,500-square-foot fitness facility located on the second floor of 438 University Avenue. The Sweatshop has been designed with associate input to include state-of-the-art conditioning equipment, a group exercise studio, change rooms with showers, day lockers, and towel service. Professionally managed by Health Systems Group, the facility is staffed by a full-time fitness professional. Members can take advantage of fitness consultations, individual program design, and a variety of motivating group exercise programs. We want to help you achieve your fitness and health goals by making it convenient to be active. And whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness veteran, you're sure to find lots to keep you moving, motivated, and healthy.
